Part A: In the moat beside the Bridge

An object made of steel pipes stands in the running water of the moat. A closed wooden box at the top, a spinning waterwheel at the bottom. The closed box is covered with a glass plate which provides enough light in the interior for a surveillance camera. Inside the wooden box there is a crafted weasel. The flowing water of the moat sets the waterwheel in motion and through a chain drive the crafted weasel is set into movement. The weasel turns in circles while beeing observed by a surveillance camera.

Part B: Window of the Arthall

If we follow the orange transfer cable, one arrives after 300 meters to a showcase outside the city Arthall. Here is a monitor with viewpoint set towards the street, showing the crafted wiesel turning round and round. The weasel carries a small jersey, like the competing greyhounds, with the word “energy”. Through a day/night camera the weasel is being observed and transmitted to the public for 24 hours a day.
