During OpenArt 2024, the works took place both in the city's public spaces and in movement.

An interactive sound installation filled the streets with visitors’ own voices and sounds, and a movable sculpture created changing and playful forms. Several performance that worked with wandering elements contributed to the dynamic and lively expression of the biennial. The biennial also became a subject of debate when some of the city’s monuments and statues were covered or transformed, which sparked both criticism and discussion about artistic freedom and respect for cultural heritage. Despite this, OpenArt continued to be a vibrant and challenging platform where contemporary art becomes part of the common space.
